At Blackocean Shipping we provide industry leading shipping solutions for our customers. Our shipping providers vary both by country and by warehouse. The Shipping Calculator will show you exactly what shipping options are available for your country. This page provides general overview of each shipping provider we offer and what their limitations are. While some of our export restrictions may be more stringent than your home country’s import restrictions we have to abide by them. All rules and conditions of each shipping provider will also apply to any package you ship with us. We offer fast and reliable shipping through UPS, FedEx and DHL, all being superior to standard postal options in terms of speed, tracking, and overall service.

Important Information:

  • Maximum package length: 108 inches
  • Duties and Taxes: You may be contacted by UPS, FedEx or DHL for payment of customs duties or taxes applicable in your country. You can either clear customs yourself or authorize UPS/FedEx/DHL to handle it for you (recommended for faster processing).
  • Tracking Your Package: To expedite customs clearance, we highly recommend tracking your package through the UPS, FedEx or DHL website using the provided tracking number.
  • Customs Clearance: Once your package arrives in your country, contact your local UPS, FedEx or DHL office (depending on your chosen service) to initiate customs clearance.
  • Timely Response is Crucial: If UPS, FedEx or DHL doesn’t hear from you within 5 days of your package’s arrival in your country, it might be returned or even destroyed. To avoid this, track your package and proactively contact the courier company.
  • Extremely Large/Heavy Packages: These may require UPS Freight. Contact customer support for details.
  • Multi-package Shipments with DHL: DHL won’t provide separate tracking numbers for these shipments.
